Welcome to the Summer Tech Camp Blog! We will use this area to reflect on the days learning experiences. Simply comment on the post to share your thoughts!
The first day of camp was awesome! We learned about Wikispaces, Delicious, Diigo and the Flip camera. Some of us even started our own wikispaces (hey SPED teachers, go to hcpsspedresources.wikispaces.com) Thanks ITRTs!!
I have really appreciated all the time we have had to work today on projects. I have established an electronic gradebook, made a shapes movie on the Flip Camera, established a wiki and also started on googledocs. Jennifer Wright
I am interested in creating a wiki or blog as another means by which my Academic Lab (RESOURCE) students can post daily/ work writing prompts and respond to each other's prompts. Thanks for the tips and info today. Karen Whetzel
Hi everyone! Today has been great. I really have really enjoyed learning all the new information and creating new Delicious website networks with others to share valuable information.
WOW!!!! I have been beamed up today -- the future is now! I feel like I've entered the next level of TECHNOLOGY!!!! I am a WEB 2.0 user as a blogger and wiki user. It is amazing, but a little overwhelming too! We must keep learning. Michele Mumaw
More from Cathy: I'm finally starting to wrap my brain around the whole social bookmarking site idea and thinking that I want to experiment with delicious and/or diigo instead of portaportal as a teaching tool. Thanks so much for the chance to WORK and experiment while information is fresh in the mind.
